Important to Inform Recipient to Enhance their Spa Experience:

Spa Arrival: Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa appointment to review your schedule, unwind and prepare for your service. Due to the vital timing of appointments, your service will be condensed or rescheduled should lateness be a concern.

Peaceful Enjoyment: To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Stillwater Spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum; cellular phones and electronic devices are discouraged. Stillwater Spa is an adult facility and available to men and women 18 years of age or older.

Special Considerations: Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or wheel chair access required. Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after spa treatments is not recommended.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Without this notification or failure to arrive for your scheduled service will result in a full charge of your scheduled treatment. Spa packages or group reservations require 48 hours notice.

Gratuities and Taxes: Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. Gratuities typically range from 10% - 20% of the service price, but are at the full discretion of the guest.
